On the first day of your Tunisia adventure holiday, you’ll depart Tunis for Matmata, home to the famous troglodyte dwellings and a filming location for Star Wars. After lunch, visit a local Berber family and explore their unique underground homes. Continue to Douz, meet the camel drivers, and enjoy a camel trek to Bir Belgacem. Set up camp for a Berber-style dinner under the stars.
Wake up in the desert and set off for a 4-hour trek through the dunes, surrounded by the striking desert landscape. Stop for lunch in the open desert before continuing to Dree Bagen. Set up camp and experience a traditional Touareg dinner, including sand-baked bread, under the night sky.
After breakfast, trek by camel across the dunes toward Oued Enche. Along the way, refresh at a natural desert water source. Pause for lunch, then continue to Oued Enche, where you’ll set up camp, prepare sand bread, and settle in for a night of dinner and stargazing.
Continue trekking through the dunes, with the sparse desert vegetation adding to the landscape’s unique beauty. Break for lunch before reaching Tayeb Youssef, where you’ll set up camp around a wood fire. Enjoy dinner and an evening of desert festivities.
Begin with a camel trek to the oasis of Ksar Ghilane, a desert retreat known for its natural springs. After lunch, continue exploring the oasis before setting up camp and enjoying dinner with a view of the sunset.
After breakfast, head back to Tunis via Matmata, Gabes, and El Jem. Arrive in Tunis by late afternoon, bringing your Tunisia adventure tour to a close.

Yes, camels will accompany the group throughout the trek for support, carrying gear and supplies, and are available to ride if needed.
